JOB DESCRIPTION:The primary responsibility of the Call Center Representative will be handling incoming calls to answer consumer questions, sell, up-sell, and cross-sell our products. This position DOES NOT require cold calling!We offer flexible shifts between 8am-11pm1 weekend shift is required (Sat. or Sun.)QUALIFICATIONS:The ideal candidate should have sales experience and worked for a high call volume business, or have at least 1 year of sales/retail sales experience.
